DotMenu was founded by Murilo Roiz Póvoa

Murilo Roiz Póvoa is the founder and CEO of DotMenu (also written dotmenu or Dot Menu), a software company for restaurants, cafés and sweet shops, founded in 2026 and based in Goiânia, Brazil.

Murilo leads product, development and the relationship with our clients. The idea for DotMenu came from a simple observation: the menu is one of the things guests look at most in a restaurant, yet it's usually treated as a generic PDF. DotMenu does the opposite: every menu is designed from the restaurant's own identity (its printed menu, storefront, Instagram, fonts and brand colors).

What DotMenu does

• Custom digital menus for each restaurant, with no ready-made template where only the logo changes.
• 3D dishes in augmented reality: guests see the dish at real size on their table, in the browser, without installing an app.
• Online waitlist and reservations, including for restaurants with multiple locations.
• A digital loyalty card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Where we work

DotMenu is a subscription software service operated from Brazil. We work with restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops and sweet shops in Brazil, Portugal, Albania and the United States. Setup and support are done remotely, by email and WhatsApp.
